We follow Lettings Agent Stath as he goes about his day to day - letting flats, catching rats and parking badly.
Chaotic letting agent Stath needs to impress his dad (and boss) Vasos and let some flats, after losing his patience and pushing a customer. However, he struggles to pick up the phone as fast as the other agents to arrange viewings. In an act of desperation he steals a viewing from arch rival Carole but things don't go to plan. Meanwhile, Stath's sister Sophie is left to take Al to hospital after a nasty accident in the office.
After Stath accidentally burns down a property, he falls out with his exasperated dad. He manages to land himself a job at the slick agency next door, Smethwicks. It's a chance for Stath to prove himself outside the family business, but he struggles to fit in with their 'work hard, play hard' culture. Al tries to train Sophie as Stath's replacement, but although the pair bond, she isn't cut out for the lettings world.
Stath is psyched up for the annual inter-agency football tournament - it's a chance to get one over the rival agency Smethwicks. When he finds out he's been dropped from the team, he takes desperate measures to get on the pitch. The post-match drinks result in a passionate tryst between an unlikely couple. Meanwhile Sophie and best friend Katia plan a surprise dance to show off their talents at the tournament.
On his seventieth birthday Vasos announces that he is retiring, leading Stath to assume he will take over Michael and Angel - until Vasos changes his mind, interviewing both Carole and Stath for the leadership. Carole seems to be the front runner but then Vasos makes a surprise announcement whilst Al brings his Japanese girlfriend to the office, causing Sophie dismay.
With the country in lockdown, Stath and the Michael & Eagle team try to strategise a new way to let some flats!
This sketch from the BAFTA Award winning team, sees Dermot O'Leary visit Stath and the staff of Michael and Eagle lettings to see what they are doing to raise money for Comic Relief - and ends up organising a charity single featuring some past X-Factor contestants!
