The Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training DVD shows a group of lifters get coached through the teaching progression to a training weight for each primary lift: squat, press, deadlift, bench press, power clean. The DVD was filmed in 2009 as a companion to the 2nd Edittion of Starting Strength. It does not reflect the current teaching methods and optimized cues found in Starting Strength 3rd edition. The basics are there, but you will note differences between the current text and this legacy product.
