This week Sport Compact TV travels to the epicentre of the tuner scene Los Angeles California. Well take the pulse of the local tuner action Justin talks with four Angelino tuners and their smoking rides, including an Acura RSX, a Honda CRX, a Mazda RX-7 and Toyota Celica.
