Kate Arrow (ケイトアロー) (Real Name: Keitaro Ishigooka (石郷岡 慶太郎))[2] is Japanese animator, writer, and voice actor who is the creator of Spicy Boy and KodoTsura. He is known for animating "Mazinger ZIP!", "Ohayo Ninja tai Gatchaman", "Good Morning!!! Doronjo" and "Ohayo Hakushon Daimaou".
