Two men are growing Narcola plants on Venus. They plan to harvest the flowers for use in the manufacture and sale of a deadly pellet gun even though such weapons are forbidden by United Planets' law. On Venus, Carol and Tonga are captured and used as bait. Can Buzz and Happy rescue them without being drawn into the trap?
