For Palm Sunday, Sean Fletcher visits Glasgow Cathedral to discuss Holy Week and hears how this historic building plays a prominent role in the Christian life of the city. Sean visits the Lodging House Mission, which has been helping homeless and disadvantaged citizens of Glasgow for over 100 years. He meets the staff and volunteers there, who put their Christian faith to work helping others, and learns about the holistic approach they take to their guests, which includes health care, dentistry and access to the digital world. Christian artist Iain Campbell discusses his latest project, a series of paintings of the gospel according to St Luke, and there are hymns for Palm Sunday from the congregation at Glasgow Cathedral, as well as a special performance by the Songs of Praise choir recorded in the Holy Land.
