Entertainer and musician Pat Shortt and Stockton's Wing frontman Mike Hanrahan take a musical road trip around Ireland to discover the history behind different songs. They begin their journey in Mike's native Clare, where they perform Spancil Hill with Tara Breen, before moving on to Limerick for a spoken word version of The Limerick Rake with William Casey.
Pat & Mike continue their journey around Ireland beginning in Wexford where they perform 'Old Woman from Wexford' , before heading to Wicklow, Dublin, Kildare and Westmeath.
