Frank's Job Centre (Where it seems he spends a lot of time) is under new management. Mr Bradshaw, the new manager, is told by his staff about the difficulty of finding Spencer a job that he can keep. Bradshaw doesn't believe anybody can be that bad but begins to change his mind when Frank comes in reporting that he has lost his job as a window cleaner - the first day's work ending with Frank and his workmate hanging from a rope halfway down a tower block. Frank also tells of another recent job where he had a job as a security guard - the factory was robbed whilst Frank was out looking for his guard dog which had ran off. Bradshaw sends Frank out on a new job as a removal man. However, on the first morning, Frank backs the removal lorry over the furniture and antiques being unloaded and soon finds himself back at the job centre.
Without any other options and with hesitation, Mr. Bradshaw gives Frank a job at the labour exchange itself. Frank accidentally leaves the contents of a teapot
L'oficina d'ocupació (on sembla que passa molt de temps) està sota una nova direcció. Bradshaw, el nou gerent, li diu el seu personal sobre la dificultat de trobar a Spencer un treball que pot mantenir. Bradshaw no creu que ningú pugui ser tan dolent, però comença a canviar d'opinió quan Frank entra a informar que ha perdut el seu treball com a netejador de finestres: el primer dia de treball acabat amb Frank i el seu company de treball penjant d'una corda a mig camí d'una torre bloc. Frank també explica un altre treball recent on va tenir un lloc de treball com a guàrdia de seguretat: la fàbrica va ser robada mentre Frank buscava el seu gos de guàrdia que havia acabat. Bradshaw envia a Frank a un nou treball com a home de mudances. Tanmateix, en el primer matí, Frank respon la retirada del camió sobre els mobles i les antiguitats que s'està descarregant i aviat es troba al centre de treball. Sense cap altra opció i amb vacil·lació, el senyor Bradshaw li dóna a Frank un lloc de treball en l'intercanvi de treball. Frank deixa accidentalment el contingut d'una tetera.
Frank’s arbeidsbureau staat onder nieuw management en meneer Bradshaw wordt gewaarschuwd over hoe moeilijk het is Frank een baan te geven. Hij begint het te geloven als Frank meldt dat hij zijn werk als glazenwasser verloor, zijn beveiligingsbaantje mislukte en hij als verhuizer alles vernielde. Uiteindelijk krijgt Frank een baan bij het bureau zelf, maar zelfs daar gaat het mis…
