食盡澳門(二)

阿蘇和Philip對於澳門的美食實在意猶未盡。他們來到澳門街市的熟食中心,這裡有用瓦煲煮的濃香咖啡,且價格超值。初會牛喉骨,阿蘇大叫怕怕,誰知一放進口中,即愛上牛喉骨的爽脆。之後,鹹牛脷通粉、匈牙利牛肉、黃金大蝦、米通鯪魚球和滷水鳳爪,全部是食材簡單,用心製作,無論是淺嚐還是大嚼,都贏得阿蘇高度讚賞。而細龜的乾炒牛河火候十足,河粉條條入味,甚至連曾特首都曾光顧,阿蘇又怎會錯過。再來一碗腐竹薏米糖水,阿蘇食勻濠江。
