Nick Small and Chip Frye weren't your average, ordinary, everyday private eyes. No indeed! Chip Frye could shrink down to six inches - sometimes. That would be a distinct advantage, if only he could control when and where that would occur. Trouble is, he couldn't. The results made this series both a comedy and a cliff-hanging adventure.
