In the studio, Host Ming Tsai cooks on the fly with Top Chef star and Menton Chef de Cuisine Kristen Kish. Kristin wowed the Top Chef judges with her English Pea broth, ultimately making her the second woman to win the title in the series' ten year history. Using the infused stock flavoring technique, Ming and Kristen team up to create two new dishes: Prawn and Bean en Brodo and Spicy Kimchee Seafood Gumbo.
