The Show Offs do an improvised rock opera with the help of celebrity guest, Joey Fatone (N'SYNC). Joey shows off his pipes and rock star roots as he teams up with the Show Offs for some musical magic. In a tale as old as time, a young group of ice-dancing rock stars are about to make it big until Joey finds out he needs a kidney transplant. His fellow bandmate, Maclain agrees to help save his friend by donating his own. The operation is a success and so is their group until a big hollywood producer offers to take Joey solo for more money than he can imagine. He leaves his buddies behind but he can't forget their memory, especially in the hair-raising improvised number, “Joey's Gone Home.”
