De spanning stijgt in Gate Station als een gewelddadige opstand uitbreekt tussen de inwoners en de politie. Ondertussen confronteren Ashe en Preson gouverneur Eamons betreffende hun meest recente verdachten in de moord op Joey. Ashe neemt het heft in eigen handen als Javier en Preston met Beck gaan overleggen.
