Predictable Phil, at 4’5” tall, must adapt to life with obnoxious Kevin who is stuck in his house under house arrest. Kevin’s carefree attitude and hedonistic activities clash starkly with Phil’s buttoned-up existence, although he reluctantly loosens up and gets caught up in Kevin’s hijinks as the two rediscover their friendship.
