مجموعه تلویزیونی «شیخ بهایی» با نام قبلی «آشیانه سیمرغ»، داستان زندگی شیخ بهایی را در دو بخش روایت میکند. در بخش ابتدایی، شیخ که نوجوانی ۱۲ ساله است، بهخاطر فشارهای حاکمان آن دوره، مجبور میشود تا از جبلعامل لبنان به همراه خانوادهاش به ایران مهاجرت نماید و بخش دوم سریال، سالهای آخر زندگانی شیخ بهایی را در اصفهان به تصویر میکشد.
