Moa is the King of Terror sent to Earth to destroy it, as predicted by Nostradamus. To blend in, she transforms into a tanned, bleached-blonde teenage girl. She's sweet, clumsy, and peppy but can be scary when she's in Angol form, and uses her Lucifer Spear to split the Earth.
