To win back the nature loving Dororo, flowers are planted throughout the city. Though Natsumi is suspicious that Keroro might be up to his old tricks, all the flowers bloom and everybody is happy. Unkowing the garbage men take away all the flowers and everybody is depressed Natsumi feeling bad for the others begs them to have one more plant left, but the flowers then are taken away by Momoka. The next day Natsumi secretly plants one flower unknowing the flower is really the mutant plant starts hurting Natsumi, well maybe next time Natsumi shouldn't be so hard on Keroro!
Como ya están todos los miembros de la tropa, Keroro idea un montón de planes y Dororo los destruye porque van contra la naturaleza, hasta que deciden invadir toda la tierra de flores.
Keroro軍曹想出很多個，希望能讓Dororo兵長滿意的侵略地球的作戰計劃，並且把這件事轉告了Dororo兵長，但是Dororo兵長心裡想的卻反倒是如何保衛地球的和平…
Чтобы вернуть к природе любящего Дороро, по всему городу высаживаются цветы. Хотя Нацумі подозревает, что Кероро может снова затеять что-то недоброе, все цветы распускаются, и все счастливы. Не подозревая об этом, мусорщики уносят все цветы, и все впадают в депрессию. Нацумі, чувствуя себя виноватой за остальных, умоляет оставить хотя бы одно растение, но цветы забирает Момока. На следующий день Нацумі тайком сажает один цветок, не зная, что это мутант, который начинает причинять ей боль. Возможно, в следующий раз Нацумі не стоит так строго относиться к Кероро!
