Yūto has lately been watching one of Haruka's favorite anime, Nocturne Girl's School Lacrosse Club. Yūto and Haruka along with several others are invited by Shiina to go to a hot spring in the mountains. Haruka is especially excited since this is her first trip with friends, due to having her hobby of watching anime being exposed in junior high school. Haruka's maids and her younger sister Mika also come along, as well as Yūto elder sister Ruko and Yūto's teacher Yukari Kamishiro. When everyone is out in town, Yūto finally manages to tell Haruka about an event close by to meet the voice actress of the lead character from Nocturne Girl's School Lacrosse Club. Nobunaga runs into Yūto and gives him two tickets for the event, as he did not know he had to buy them beforehand. Haruka enjoys the event and treasures it as a precious memory.
裕人と春香は、椎菜からクラスの友達同士で温泉に行こうと誘われた。友達同士で旅行ができることを嬉しく思う春香。その温泉街で、春香が大好きなアニメ『ノクターン女学院ラクロス部』のヒロイン役の声優さんによるイベントがあると事前に知った裕人は、春香と二人でこっそり見に行けないものかと考える。そして旅行当日。どこから情報を聞きつけたのか、美夏や葉月、那波、アリス、さらにルコと由香里までが旅行に同行して、予想外に賑々しくなってしまう。
시이나의 온천 무료 이용권으로 하루카와 유토는 친구들과 함께 온천으로 여행을 떠난다. 그런데 미카와 하녀들에다 심지어 유토의 누나 루코와 유카리 선생님까지 여행지로 따라와서 한바탕 소동이 일어난다.
