Turk is unsure why Dr. Miller's attitude towards him has changed, until he finds out that Carla un-invited her from their wedding.
Dr. Kelso outrages Dr. Cox when he announces that Sacred Heart will begin doing full body scans, starting with an ever present hypochondriac patient, who wants any freebies he can get.

Cox estime cette idée contre l'éthique, car selon lui, montrer aux gens la plus petite imperfection de leur corps est un pêché digne de Kelso. Il prend alors le pari de dissuader un patient hypocondriaque de passer le scanner.
J.D., toujours fou amoureux d'Elliot, comprend son problème : il veut toujours ce qu'il ne peut pas avoir et a besoin de Danni pour l'aider à le résoudre.
Turk et Carla préparent leur mariage, mais Turk n'y met pas du sien.

...Dr. Cox riceve una grande sorpresa al Sacro Cuore quando Kelso decide di chiedere un consulto a Cox sulla possibilità di offrire TAC gratuite ai pazienti. Cox gli dice che è una pessima idea (perchè una TAC gratuita mostra ai pazienti il 'bisogno' di fare decine di altre visite a pagamento!) e Kelso sembra essere d'accordo. Incredibile!
Ma niente paura, Kelso non è diventato buono. Cox scopre infatti che Kelso sta pubblicizzando, in tv e con cartelloni, proprio una campagna di TAC gratuite nel suo ospedale.
Danni urla "Danni!" mentre sta facendo l'amore con J.D e questo lo racconta subito a Turk, poichè crede che avesse urlato il proprio nome. In ogni caso, J.D. decide che la storia non può più andare avanti e quando lo dice a Danni, questa non si stupisce a anzi dice che sta già andando a letto con un ragazzo chiamato Danny.
Una persona si presenta al Sacro Cuore per la Tac gratuita: è il mitico signor Corman, tutto eccitato per la possibilità di un'ennesima cura medica, questa volta persino gratuita! Cox, che disprezza totalmente il nuovo programma di Kelso, riesce a convincerlo però a non effettuare la TAC: è bastato dirgli che la sua assicurazione non coprirà la spesa di eventuali cure! E' guerra tra Cox e Kelso, il quale riesce ad accalappiare Corman proprio mentre sta uscendo dall'ospedale, dicendogli che la TAC è totalmente offerta dall'ospedale. Cox rilancia, offrendo al signor Corman cure gratuite per tutta la vita se questi rinuncerà a questa singola visita.
Le cose sembrano andare molto bene fra Turk e la dottoressa Miller (Bellamy Young), fino a che, sorprendendo un pò tutti, lei chiede a Todd di completare l'intervento importante su cui stava lavorando lei, affidando a Turk il degradante compito di tenere le pinze. Turk non capisce, ma poi realizza che la Miller ha cambiato il modo di comportarsi con lui perchè Carla non aveva incluso il suo nome tra quello degli inviti.
Elliot e Sean vanno a vivere assieme, e J.D. si sent

Las emociones aumentan a medida que JD trata de contarle a Elliot como se siente y el día de la boda de Carla con Turk se acerca. Mientras, JD rompe con Danni por que su relación es insostenible.
Elliot ber Sean att flytta in hos henne, vilket bara förvärrar JD:s problem. Turk är osäker på varför dr Millers beteende mot honom har förändrats tills han får reda på att Carla har dragit tillbaka hennes bröllopsinbjudan.
