あおぞらホールの閉館が3月末から2月末に繰り上げになった。
おまけに市側は今後一切、晴見フィルの新規イベントは受け付けないと言う。
練習場所も失ってしまい、ちゃんとした舞台もないまま、解散することになってしまう晴見フィル。
落ち込む団員たちに小村（西田敏行）は、恒例行事の梅まつりで、ゲリラ的に、最後のコンサートを開いてはどうかと提案。
古谷（玉山鉄二）を中心に、市側にバレないようにコンサートの準備を進めていく。
「さよならコンサート」に向けて進めていく中で、俊平（西島秀俊）は近藤（津田寛治）の密かな夢を知る。さらに、瑠李（新木優子）の知られざる素顔に気がついて…
そんな時、響（芦田愛菜）はホールのオーディオルームによく来ている富子（白石加代子）から、題名のわからない曲があると相談される。
The closing of Aozora Hall has been brought forward from the end of March to the end of February. In addition, the city says it will not accept any new events by the Harumi Philharmonic Orchestra in the future. The Harumi Philharmonic is to disband, having lost its rehearsal space and without a proper stage. Komura (Nishida Toshiyuki) suggests to the despondent members that they hold a guerrilla-style final concert at the annual Ume Festival. Furuya (Tamayama Tetsuji) and the others prepare for the concert without the city finding out. As they prepare for the farewell concert, Shumpei (Hidetoshi Nishijima) learns of Kondo's (Kanji Tsuda) secret dream. He also notices Ruri's (Shinki Yuko) unknown true face... Then, Hibiki (Ashida Aina) is consulted by Tomiko (Shiraishi Kayoko), a frequent visitor to the hall's audio room, about a song whose title she does not know.
