Rocky Kanaka and Rob North are on a mission to save shelters and save pet lives. They head out to give the Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center the boost it needs. Rob has to come up with a plan on how to make one room have four different functions. And Rocky sets out to help find Rosie a forever home, a cute mutt who had 5 months of rehab after she was brought in to SPARC.
