James is back in the kitchen on a Saturday morning with his guest - actor and journalist Ross Kemp. Joining them at the house are chefs Ruth Hansom and Tom Hunt. There’ll be recipes for chicken lollipops, sea bass, kippers and coq au vin, and James will be on a French adventure to Normandy.
