Jimon, the Kenyou recalls his past encounter with Demon Eyes Kyo at the Battle of Sekigahara. He was defeated easily, and terrified by Kyo's red eyes. Left for dead, Jimon was later obliterated by the falling star.
Now as a Kenyou, he wants to crush Kyo and exact his revenge. Kyo uses his sword, the Muramasa and his special technique, Mizuchi to destroy him easily though.
Afterwards, Kyo chases Yuya and eventually changes back into Kyoshiro. Kyoshiro explains that Kyo is not who he really is and decides to head out on his own. Yuya however will not let him, saying that she wants to help someone in need (although she is in reality, after the bounty for Demon Eyes Kyo).
On their way to a nearby village, Kyoshiro and Yuya run into Okuni, a former acquaintance of Kyoshiro's whom he does not remember. Okuni explains her past with Kyoshiro and Demon Eyes Kyo and how she longs to see Kyo.
They arrive at the village the next day but Okuni has apparently disappeared. Kyoshiro and Yuya appear to have a warm welcome, but there are shady characters lurking about.
L'homme qui les attaque s'appelle Jimon, c'était un combattant durant la bataille de Sekigahara, qui vit depuis ce jour avec l'espoir de battre Kyo qui lui avait fait peur pour la première fois de sa vie. Il était proche du point de chute la météorite et depuis ce jour est devenu un Kenyo. Malgré la force de ce dernier, Kyo, à l'aide du Tenrô, un des sabres que Muramasa a forgés, le terrasse. Il apprend par la suite à Yuya que Kyoshiro l'a enfermé dans son propre corps. Kyoshiro reprend le contrôle et s'inquiète pour Yuya mais Kyo ne l'a pas touchée. Malgré le danger que représente Kyo, Yuya reste avec Kyoshiro dans l'optique de toucher le million de ryo accordé pour la capture de Kyo. Sur le chemin ils arrivent dans un village caché.
Jimon, el Kenyou recuerda su encuentro anterior con Demon Eyes Kyo en la Batalla de Sekigahara. Fue derrotado fácilmente y aterrorizado por los ojos rojos de Kyo. Dejado por muerto, Jimon fue luego borrado por la estrella fugaz. Ahora como Kenyou, quiere aplastar a Kyo y exigir su venganza.
