This episode, themed "Rumors," begins with the incident of Li Chen being hit on the head in a dark room. Through a series of mini-games, the members gather clues and evidence to uncover the truth. As the victim and suspect, Li Chen and Sha Yi each maintain their own opinions: one claims he was hit, the other firmly denies it. The other members choose their sides based on their reactions and their own judgment. "Lifting Up the One I Trust" tests the members' chemistry, requiring them to maintain balance while navigating various levels with two massive, 2-meter-tall, 120-pound avatars.
