Takayuki ist unsicher, welche Gefühle er für Haruka jetzt empfindet und wie er sich ihr gegenüber verhalten soll. Auch Mitski ist verunsichert: Wird Takayuki Haruka die Wahrheit über ihre Beziehung sagen?
Haruka’s condition has them all living out a warped high school daydream, as they are forced to act as if the past three years haven’t occurred. For the young girl’s sake, Takayuki has vowed to visit her every day at the hospital and continue this façade. Remembering that Haruka was once the most important thing in his life, he wonders if she still is. When Mitsuki attempts to visit Haruka at the hospital, Akane stops her and yells at her for being selfish, chasing her off.
水月路過白陵附中，回憶起往事，感慨物是人非，開始擔心孝之會離她而去。遙雖然恢復了意識，但她的記憶仍然非常混亂，並沒有察覺到自己已經昏睡了三年。第二天傍晚，下班後的孝之來到醫院探訪遙。看到女兒的健康狀況有所好轉，遙的父母請求孝之能夠每天來探望遙。孝之趁休假日，找到白陵大學的慎二談心，雖然說出自己喜歡的人是水月，但對遙感到自責。又一天，水月來到醫院，茜謊稱姐姐在睡覺回絕了水月，也不給水月解釋的機會。緊接著，孝之也來探望遙，並和遙一起念起曾經一起念過的誓言咒語。
遙、茜…孝之との生活と引き換えに失ったものを思い、気持ちを沈ませる水月。一方の遙は、3年が経ったことも知らず、孝之が見舞いに来てくれることを待ち望んでいる日々。そんな姉に真実を告げることも出来ず、悩む茜…。
