Roger creates a rocket that, unfortunately, works backwards and creates a hole in the earth. Not only that, it causes a high pitched sound which has a "terrible effect on the eardrums of the world." Citizens all over the globe, including the American Dental Association, are stymied for an answer – until the American Eagles come to the rescue!
