Does this mean that the story will contain more corpses dissolved in acid? It seems unlikely, though that wiener Nephew Fred did have it coming… Add in a histrionic Scrooge performance and a costume budget approved by the miser himself, and you’ve got one of the stranger renditions of A Christmas Carol we’ve ever seen, which is saying something because we did one that took place entirely inside a branch of a local bank and another where Scrooge spent several minutes watching a televised Jimmy Carter speech.
