节目模式 《日落时分说爱你》邀请10位性格各异的50+熟龄男女，从大理前往泰国，在十多天的时间里共同居住，通过漂流瓶的方式传达心声，不断通过选择找到约会对象，在深入交往与沟通的过程中确认彼此心意。节目利用“鲶鱼元素”打破社交平衡，在第三天开始逐渐加入新的嘉宾，利用男女人数上的暂时不对等，造成紧张的竞争关系 。 节目特色 《日落时分说爱你》与传统中老年婚恋相亲节目更多关注退休金数额、房产归属、子女态度、医疗保障等现实问题不同，而是借鉴了青春恋综的“浪漫叙事”，将焦点回归情感本身，通过嘉宾们真实自然的互动，以及旅居合宿、匿名传信、约会旅行等环节，营造出一个相对纯粹，而又充满戏剧性的情感场域 。
