池骋与好友在地下斗蛇场比试后回家，被父亲强迫进入集团工作。另一边，吴所畏被女友岳悦分手后，决心改变人生，开始创业摆摊，却在夜市与池骋正面冲突。随着池骋和岳悦一起出现，让吴所畏则误认他们是情侣，因此产生强烈敌意。两人阴错阳差多次交集，互起兴趣，但也埋下误会。
Chi Cheng competes in an underground snakefighting ring, but is forced to take on his fathers business. Wu Suo Wei is determined to change his life after his girlfriend Yue Yue broke up with him, and set up a stall as a business venture, but he runs into Chi Cheng. As Chi Cheng and Yue Yue appear together, Wu Suo Wei believes them to be a couple, and sets out on a plan to get back at his ex by getting involved with Chi Cheng.
