Troy Jensen and Vincent Holman bought their house five years ago with intentions of flipping it, but then they fell in love with the place, or at least most of it. When their renovations began, these homeowners wanted to create an urban loft feel in their living room but got stuck when they discovered a load-bearing wall in the space.
