Dr. K子操る本郷ロボに燃料プラントが襲われてしまう。
燃料プラントが破壊されてしまうとマジカルV（ファイブ）を動かせなくなってしまう!
しかし、本郷ロボを倒そうにも鉄子（ブルー）が人質に取られてしまう!
