Redcoats follows groups of Butlins' Redcoat resident entertainment staff at work and play, from audition onwards. Covering three seasons at the Bognor, Skegness and Minehead holiday centres, Pilgrim Productions' docu-soap takes an up-close and personal look at how much effort and dedication is put into the job (for very little money!) and just how daft a Redcoat can be.
