Why does they make make this films??! Do studios like burning money? In this video, Mike and Jay focus on a movie that seemed like it would be tailor-made to eek out a $30 or $40 million profit opening weekend at the box office and then quickly be forgotten about. Except this movie skipped the first part and went right to the second. It's Whistle! The little movie that couldn't!
