Yavuz’un boynuna ilmek geçirdiği Ramo bir kamyonete bindirilir ve Adana’nın yönetildiği odaya götürülür. Kuralları çiğnemenin bedeli olarak cezasını çekecek ve sulhu sağlayacaktır! Sulhu sağlamanın tek yolu, eski usulde, kız alıp kız vermektir; Yani Ramo Sibel’le… Neco da Ramo’nun kardeşi Fatoş’la evlenecektir. İstanbul’un bu şartına iki ailenin üyeleri de karşı çıkar. Sibel, babasının katiliyle evlenmeyecektir. Ramolar ise Fatoş’u Neco’ya vermeyeceğini söyler. Diğer yandan ailenin başına geçen Süleyman’dan gizli iş çeviren Halef ve Neslihan, Seyhan’ın cezaevindeki ağabeyi Ceyhan’la iş birliği yapar. Ramo, İstanbul’un hükmü karşısında ne yapacağını şaşırmış ailesiyle karşı karşıya gelmiştir. Vereceği karar iyice zorlaşmaktadır.
