Preparation is everything as Rachel shares some great dishes that can be made well in advance. A joyously simple pollock ceviche, provencal beef stew and a wickedly indulgent chocolate and croissant bread and butter pudding are on the menu, whilst Rachel’s mates at Sully and Cully road test a recipe and Rachel is all at sea with a local fisherman.
