Valleyview

Nachdem sein Großvater im Sanatorium Valleyview starb, gibt David eine Autopsie in Auftrag. Er glaubt nicht an einen natürlichen Tod. Doch auch Gerichtsmediziner Dr. Quincy bestätigt den Herzinfarkt. Kurz darauf stirbt die junge Anne Freedman unter mysteriösen Umständen in Valleyview. Diesmal will Quincy der Sache genauer auf den Grund gehen. (53 Min.) Text: Premiere

An old man dies in a sanatorium, Valleyview, seemingly of a coronary. His grandson doesn't think that he could have died that way and pays for the Medical Examiners office to do an autopsy. Quincy does the autopsy and tells David, the grandson, that there is nothing unusual about the death. All is done with until a young girl, Anne Freedman, dies at the sanatorium as well. Again the cause of death is not clear and Quincy begins to think that maybe someone is performing ‘mercy killings' on patients that are in pain.

Due pazienti della casa di cura Valleyview, senza più speranza di guarigione, trovano morte prematura. Quincy sospetta che un pietoso assassino si trovi in circolazione. L'autopsia non rivela la causa della morte e Quincy mette alle strette il dottor Franklin che sospetta essere coinvolto in casi di eutanasia.
