Upon learning of Eusebio Beltrán's macabre plan, Florencia sets out in search of Eduardo, but when she finds his whereabouts it is too late; the man has already been shot. On the other hand, to be at peace with herself, Lucía decides to go to Eusebio Beltrán and Paulina's house to confront them and make it clear that she does not want to have either of them in her life or that of her baby. Eduardo is transferred to the United States so that specialists can take care of his serious state of health. Six months later, Susana and Federico's son is born. Immediately, the man goes to his father's lawyer to claim the inheritance that he left the little boy, but he gets a big surprise.
