高校一年生・夜科アゲハは、ある日、公衆電話に放置されていた “赤いテレホンカード”を拾う。数日後、同じテレホンカードを持っていた 幼馴染みの同級生・雨宮桜子が姿を消す。 アゲハは彼女を捜すため、全国規模で起こっている連続“神隠し”失踪事件 の黒幕と噂される「秘密結社サイレン」へとアクセスする。 そして、命を懸けたゲームが始まってしまった─
