A forensic look at how crocodiles target their prey, offering new perspectives on the way they use their ambush strategies and physiological attributes to their advantage. Using an innovative new 3Dgraphics game engine to freeze and manipulate key instants, we reveal ‘moment by moment’ the predatory features that are essential to survival within the crocodiles’ world. The narrative follows a dominant male as he tries to profit from the annual crossing of migratory herds of wildebeest and zebra, while smaller males try to prove their worth within the crocodile hierarchy and the females go on the hunt for a mate.
