Praça da Alegria

O formato surgiu em 1956, na TV Paulista, concebido por Manuel de Nóbrega, que fazia o personagem de um senhor que sentava no banco de uma praça e dialogava com diversos tipos engraçados. A atração, em 1958, passou a ser exibido na TV Rio e em 1963, mudou-se para a TV Record, que o exibiu até 1970. Em 1977, um ano após a morte de Manoel de Nóbrega, a Globo voltou a exibir o programa, como forma de homenagear seu criador.
