The Rangers return to Earth, and attempt to bond better with alien Andros, who's bemused by our strange culture. Unfortunately, our heroes also get an unfriendly welcome from Astronema who has followed them there (along with her new henchman Elgar), and not only unleashes her cohort Ecliptor on them, but fires upon NASADA, intent on destroying the Shuttle! Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull seek to prove conclusively, without a single doubt, once and for all that aliens exist and are currently targeting Earth (and in the process become rich & famous). To do so, they team-up with a nutty old scientist named Professor Phenomenus. First stop in their quest, NASADA... where they encounter Quantrons!
Los Rangers llegan al planeta Tierra pero fueron perseguidos por Astronema, quien tendrá como nuevo ayudante a Elgar. Ahora Bulk y Skull deciden ayudar al profesor Fenómeno en busca de alienígenas. Ecliptor ataca la ciudad y los Rangers necesitarán la ayuda del Astro Megazord para vencerlo. Al final, Astronema hipnotiza a unos héroes famosos de Nueva York que son las Tortugas Ninja mutantes.

Les Rangers retournent sur Terre et tentent de tisser des liens avec l'extraterrestre Andros, déconcerté par notre étrange culture. Malheureusement, nos héros reçoivent un accueil hostile de la part d'Astronema, qui les a suivis (accompagnée de son nouvel acolyte Elgar). Non seulement elle déchaîne son acolyte Ecliptor sur eux, mais elle tire également sur la NASADA, déterminée à détruire la navette ! Pendant ce temps, Bulk et Skull cherchent à prouver de manière concluante et irréfutable que les extraterrestres existent et ciblent actuellement la Terre (et, ce faisant, à devenir riches et célèbres). Pour ce faire, ils font équipe avec un vieux scientifique un peu fou nommé le professeur Phenomenus. Premier arrêt de leur quête, la NASADA… où ils rencontrent les Quantrons !
