Wenn im Norden Skandinaviens die Sonne kaum mehr untergeht, dreht sich bei den Tieren alles ums Wachsen, Füttern und Jagen. Schließlich muss der lange Winter wieder aufgeholt werden, und Nahrung ist am Polartag mehr als genug vorhanden. Aber Raubtiere und Schlafmangel bringen Stress. Die zweiteilige Doku zeigt das besondere Polar-Schauspiel.

When the sun hardly sets in northern Scandinavia, the animals are all about growing, feeding and hunting. After all, the long winter has to be made up for, and there is more than enough food on polar day. But predators and lack of sleep bring stress. The two-part documentary shows the special polar spectacle.
