Charan Bhalla, an old annoying neighbor, and a retired Archaeology department employee, uses this opportunity to settle scores with the Srivastavas. What eventually follows is officials of the Archaeology department taking over front yard.

The finale begins with the senior Srivastavs opposing Sumit's proposal to let Abhishek fight their case. This leads to a hilarious yet intense monologue of Sumit, where, for the first time.
