Phineas and Ferb help Baljeet with his Festival entry for the biggest watermelon using a growth elixir which Candace uses in order to increase her height in order to be the next Flawless Girl. Elsewhere, Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans to cover the Festival with the "worst smell in the history of mankind". / After their pet goldfish did so much for them, Phineas and Ferb build an aquarium in their backyard as a way of saying thanks. Meanwhile, Candace awaits a call from Jeremy and Perry the Platypus stops Doofenshmirtz from destroying Hot Dog vendors.
Phineas e Ferb aiutano Baljeet a coltivare un’enorme anguria usando un elisir da loro sintetizzato. Candace, determinata a crescere di statura per diventare testimonial di un marchio di bellezza, si rovescia per sbaglio l’elisir addosso, esagerando con l’altezza. Nel frattempo, il dottor Doofenshmirtz cerca di diffondere in fiera il terribile odore di pannolini sporchi ma, per errore, provoca l’ingrandimento dell’intero universo. L’effetto collaterale restituisce a Candace l’altezza giusta, mentre Baljeet non vince il concorso dell’anguria più grande. / I ragazzi acquistano un pesce rosso e costruiscono un grande acquario per farlo sentire a suo agio, organizzando uno spettacolo acquatico in cui viene coinvolta anche Candace. Intanto, Doofenshmirtz ruba tutte le salsicce sperando di costringere chiunque a comprare le sue. Perry interviene e fa in modo che lo scienziato venga sommerso dalle salsicce, sventando il piano.
