Phil Spencer's in Yorkshire trying to shift a stubborn semi that's turning buyers off with its botched DIY and bad taste decor. In the pretty village of Ripponden, Dawn and Daz have no idea why their house isn't selling when it's got such a great postcode. But Phil can't believe they don't know what needs doing as he gets to grips with bare walls, dodgy doors, dark decor, clutter and some rather risque artworks. Can he persuade them to tone down the decor and smarten the place up so he can find them a buyer?
