Ever since I did a video on Germany and its procurement and modernisation woes back in 2022, I've felt it would only be fair if some of NATO's other notable performers in that field got some attention. Today we're going to have a look at Canada's defence strategy, its strategic geography and its long record of procurement and budgetary adventures.
