Mikkel Aaland is an award-winning photographer, best-selling author and host of the Perfect Sweat documentary series. He is also an honorary member of the International Sauna Association (ISA) and the British Sauna Society and a board member of the Norwegian Sauna Association (Badstulaug). Aaland splits his time between San Francisco and Telemark, Norway.
