Surinder along with her children’s Jassi and Jaggi has shifted to Delhi. They have come to this new city with lot of hopes, dreams and aspirations. However, the story revolves around the upbringing of their children’s in a fast paced society. In this first episode of Parvarrish season 2, we will get to know about a shy girl Jassi who has come to a new city along with her family but is left behind at the railway station while her family members moved ahead in a taxi to their new house in the city!
Jassi who has gone missing at the Delhi railway station has now returned back to her mother. It was Riya who has helped Surinder in searching her daughter in the new city. However, it was just a coincidence that Surinder met her school friend Nikki after so many years and both of them broke down into tears after a brief fight and complains with each other. In the meantime, Riya argues with her mother for allowing her to drive her car to go for a movie with her friends!
Surinder along with her family has come to Simran’s house for a dinner together. After a brief conversation, Raj unknowingly served alcoholic drink to Kulwinder which made him angry. Kulwinder informed Raj that he is a sewak in Gurudwara and the tradition doesn’t allow him to consume alcoholic drinks. However, the situation was controlled only when Raj apologized to Kulwinder. Later in the episode will get to know that Jaggi wants to make friendship with Riya but was unable to start a conversation with her!
Surinder is trying hard to convince her husband Kulwinder to allow Jassi and Joggi to study in a good English medium school. However, Kulwinder is totally against her decision, he wants their children to get traditional form education for their overall development!
Surinder wants Jassi to study in a good English medium school, she has even chosen Riya’s school where she wants her to take admission. However, on the other hand Riya doesn’t want Jassi to join her in the school and for this she has made a plan to scare Jassi!
Kulwinder was complaining about the way Riya has misbehaved with Jassi. He even started complaining about Riya’s parents. However, when Riya along with her parents reached Jassi’s house for apologising; it was Simran who heard Kulwinder speaking which was completely unacceptable for her!
Kulwinder’s father is scolding him for treating Raj and Simran in an ill way and wants him to apologize to them. Meanwhile, Jassi is feeling guilty for the turmoil created due to her behaviour and now thinks about the ways to mend ties with Simran’s families.
Surinder and Simran have resumed their friendship and are talking about their lives. Later in the night Surinder gets worried about Jassi and her mother-in-law as Kulwinder’s mother always demeans Jassi. Meanwhile, Simran spies on Riya as she is worried about her.
Riya left Jassi in the middle of the street as she has some work to do. Jassi, again, got lost and finally made it to Simran’s home. Meanwhile, Simran’s mother-in-law is giving her a hard time.
Kulwinder is worried about the expenses due to the admissions of Jaggi and Jogi in the top notch school. Surinder tries to calm him down but fails in her attempt as Kulwinder is far more conscious about money.
It’s Jogi and Jassi’s first day at school and things are not going as expected, Riya and her friends are trying to mock Jassi and Jogi. Jogi made out of the ragging well but Jassi had to suffer the consequences of being shy.
Jassi and Jogi have returned from school and when asked about it, Jassi made the hypothetical story and told it to the family. Meanwhile, Simran scolds Riya for her ignorance towards Jassi.
Riya seeks help of Surinder as she performed poorly in her exams. Surinder, as a kind aunt, helps Riya out of this mess. Meanwhile, Raj is trying to help Riya but Simran finds out about all this.
Simran is angry with Riya and Surinder as they turned into a team. Simran scolds Riya and Surinder as she thinks that they betrayed her by doing things behind her back. Meanwhile, Kulwinder is adamant on the scholarship issue.
Jassi asks Surinder to convince Simran for letting Riya go in the Party organized by Riya’s friend. Surinder mistook Jassi’s words and this creates a dramatic situation in both the houses.
Riya’s party turned out to be a gathering in which boys are also present. Jassi got scared and now asks Riya return back home, but in this commotion Riya gets a call from Simran after which she gets scared.
Riya is feeling Jealous as she is trying to come closer to Aditya but Jassi intervenes everytime Riya makes a move. This has made Riya very angry. Meanwhile, Surinder is trying to tell Kulwinder the truth about scholarship.
Surinder was missing Jassi very badly, she was holding her photograph and started crying thinking about well-being. However, Jassi along with Riya and her other friends has gone to a party but on their way they have met an accident. Moreover, Riya came rushing back towards home to inform that Jassi is injured in the accident!
Jassi has met with an accident when she along with her friends has gone for a party. Simran was scolding Riya for her mistake, as it could have posed a threat on Jassi’s life. Surinder tried to console Simran and make her understand that it is kids who often does a mistake but it doesn’t mean they are bad at heart. However, Kulwinder got to know about a fact which Jassi and Surinder had kept hidden!
Surinder is working in the Kitchen of Mata’s Bhandara to earn some extra money so that she could easier the burden on Kulwinder. She is doing this to arrange the hefty school fees of her children's. However, she has not informed Kulwinder about it, thinking that it will make him angry.
Surinder has decided to work as a caterer in the Jagraata of Mata Rani, she was doing this to earn some extra money so that she could also contribute in her children’s education. However, she has kept this a secret but Kulwinder got to know about this!
Kulwinder is angry with Surinder after knowing the fact that she has taken up a catering contract and has not informed him. Kulwinder felt very bad about it and has stopped talking with Surinder. Moreover, now Kulwinder’s attitude is making her feel guilty about her mistakes. However, Surinder has made a very romantic plans to apologize and make thing work out between them!
Kulwinder’s parent were in Simran’s house for a dinner together and suddenly Bebe started discussing about Simran’s aunty and her past. Simran had an affair prior to her marriage which become a matter of insult back in her hometown. However, Simran didn’t like discussing her past but Bebe kept on talking on the issue and ultimately it made Simran loose her cool!
Jassi has participated in an elocution competition in her school but she is very nervous about it. Moreover, she was pressurized by Surinder to participate in the competition. Jassi is very scared about a past incident of her life which always keep haunting her. It is because of that incident she is still not able to overcome the fear which has prevailed inside her!

Jassi has won the elocution competition and sweety has come to her house to give away the winning trophy. However, Bebe tried to hide her face by apply a thick layer of facial pack on her face. Sweety after a brief discussion with Jassi’s parent went back but Bebe started revoking Jassi’s childhood memories!
Sweety has exposed Bebe’s truth before Surinder. She said that on that particular day Bebe was the woman who had denied identifying Jassi. Sweety went into flashback and confirmed it to Surinder that it was Bebe who left Jassi all alone in the fair. However, Surinder denied it before Sweety thinking about her family but as soon as she left; Surinder broke her cool and started questioning Bebe!
Bebe was very upset with Surinder’s behaviour and she decided to leave her house forever. She even started packing her baggage but it was Kulwinder, who asked Surinder to apologize before Bebe. In the meantime, Jassi very courageously came forward and started speaking the truth behind the incident which has happened with her!
Kulwinder has come to know about Bebe’s truth and has understood that she was behind Jassi’s fear. Moreover, Kulwinder has now decided that he is not going to stay together under one roof with Bebe!
After knowing about Bebe’s truth everyone was shattered in Kulwinder’s family. However, the next morning an inspection team has come to check Jassi’s adoption papers and even they wanted to speak with her but its early morning time and Jassi has gone missing from her house!
Jassi has gone missing from her house leaving everying clueless about her whereabouts. However, an investigating team from a NGO was waiting for Jassi. They wanted to speak to her and check her adoption papers but Surinder informed them that the papers were not available at the moment and she needs time for it!
Surinder and Kulwinder were discussing about Jassi's pending adoption formalities and Jogi heard them talking about the adoption. He confused himself with Jassi and started thinking that he is an adopted child. He is now heart-broken and was feeling bad about it!
A girl has committed a suicide in the school premises. Surinder and Kulwinder came rushing to search for Jassi and Jogi to know about their well-being. However, after this shocking incident Kulwinder decided to hide Jassi’s truth with her!
Surinder and Kulwinder has arranged the required money to fulfil the demands of the officer who was investigating on Jassi’s adoption. They went to meet him but Sweety got to know about it and said that the Magistrate would now decide Jassi’s fate. However, on the other hand Jogi is unable to cope up with the pain that he is an adopted child!
Surinder along with her family members has come to a club where she spotted Sweety seated near a swimming pool. However, Jogi was with Jassi and of both of them were talking to each other. Jogi knew that Jassi could not swim and hence; he purposely pushed her in the swimming pool. Seeing this Surinder and Kulwinder both jumped down to save Jassi!
Kulwinder and his father were discussing about the settlement of Jassi’s adoption formalities. Surinder and Kulwinder were very happy that all the issue are settled now. However; later in the episode, we will get to know that a letter from Jassi’s school has come citing to pay the a yearly school fees or else their wards name would be removed from the school records!
Surinder is tensed after receiving a letter from Jassi’s school about paying the annual school fees within a prescribed date. She has put herself under immense pressure thinking about paying the hefty school fees. However, she is even struggling to discuss this matter with Kulwinder as she thinks that he would get angry with her! Moreover, Jassi’s dream are getting bigger and she is now aspiring to become a Doctor!
Surinder and Simran were sharing each other’s problem and it was then Surinder’s eye got filled with tears. Simran wanted to know about her pains to find a solution for it but she tried to avoid answering it. However, she just said that she is little tensed with paying a year school fees of her children’s in advance!

Jassi has heard Kulwinder and Surinder discussing about their incapacity of paying the hefty school fees. Moreover, Jassi has put herself under pressure thinking that she is putting an extra burden on her parents by studying in a top English Medium school. Hence, now she wants to leave this modern English medium school and join the Gurudwara School!
Riya’s friend started doing a prank with Jassi, they wrote something on a piece of paper and pasted it on Jassi’s back. After which everyone started laughing at Jassi and it was noticed by Jogi. He immediately took out the paper and made Jassi aware about it!

Simran and Raj were motivating Riya to give her best in the Student of the year competition. On the other hand Kulwinder was angry with Surinder and Jogi for forcing Jassi to learn swimming. However, to make him understand that Jassi needs to overcome her fear for water; they planned to scare Kulwinder!
All the participants of the ‘Student of the Year’ competition have gathered at the swimming pool for the swimming test. The task is that the participants needs to swim across the swimming pool where at the end of the pool a box is kept which they will have unlocked it within three minute! However, it was Ankita who has conspired against Riya during the swimming test!

Coach asks everyone to go home except 5 winner. Jogi asks Jassi to wait for him and walks sadly. Jassi sees Ria and congratulates her.Jassi reaches home with Jogi. Dadaji, daadi, Kulvinder and Surinder hug her and say they are proud of her. Kulvinder says this time she should let Jogi win and next time defeat him. Jassi hiding her emotions says she will prepare halwa for Jogi and goes to kitchen.Ria comes to kitchen and asks Simran if she prepared cake for her win as she prepared for Jassi and Jogi when they qualified. Simran says she has not won yet. Ria says if she wins, she will lose control on her. Simran says if she loses or wins, it is her benefit.
Jassi is disheartened by her failure in the competition. Raj tells Kulwinder to encourage Jassi to take part in more competitions. This would help her built confidence and fight her under confident trait. This does not goes down well with Kulwinder who retaliates saying that at least Jassi is not a liar like Riya. This infuriates Raj and they get into a heated argument.
Jassi secretly goes to the party, where the 'Student of the Year' has to be declared. Her father was unaware of it but when he came to know about this, he blames Simran. Simran, however, tries to convince him. On the other hand, Ankita teases Jassi calling her a loser. But Jassi recalls her mother's lesson and faces her boldly
Simran has a plan to party with Surinder at her house but at the very last moment Surinder changed her plans. She tried to make an excuse to Simran. Morever, she knew that Kulwinder won’t allow and get angry after knowing this! Want to know what lesson did Surinder taught to Kulwinder?

However, he tried to explain her but nothing much came out of it. Moreover, later in the episode; we will get to know that Jogi has created a page on social media to promote Surinder’s business venture ‘Surinder Ka Dhaba’ among the food lovers!
Kulwinder is feeling disheartened after facing the reality of his life. He has started thinking that he has wasted everything; as he is unable to pay his children’s hefty school fees. However, later in the episode we will get to know that Raj doubted about Riya’s changed behaviour and he wanted to check her mobile phone and call details!
Kulwinder is very angry with Jassi and Jogi for under-estimating his abilities in fulfilling their needs. Although he was very angry with his kids but somewhere deep down within his heart he was feeling that he is till now unable to arrange Jassi and Jogi’s hefty school fees!
Kulwinder is shattered down within his heart, he has started feeling helpless and decided to be alone for some time. However; Kulwinder’s family members got tensed as they feared that Kulwinder has left his house forever! Moreover, they were searching for him desperately on the streets of Delhi!
Jogi has seen Aditya, Ankita and their friends chilling out together. To make Riya aware about the fact Jogi started shooting their video. However; on the other hand Riya who blindly trusts Aditya was waiting outside his house to meet him!
Kulwinder is inspiring Jassi to focus on her dreams and to work hard to achieve success. However, on the other hand Jogi was trying to make Riya understand that Aditya is trying to keep her confuse so that she could not prepare well for the academics round!
Riya has got the question paper of academics round of the student of the year competition from Aditya. It was a complete shock for Raj and Simran; who thought that Riya was trying to cheat and become the winner of Student of the Year!
Electricity gets cut off at Jassi’s home. Then Jassi is compelled to study under the street lights due to the Student of the Year exam the next day.
The qualified students of the student of the year competition have gathered together for the first round of the competition. The students were introduced to the jury of judges who will be judging them in the academics round. Among them they were introduced to a coach ice lady who is very strict and the student of last 10 year!
Jassi and Jogi were searching for a book in the Library to prepare for their academics round of the Student of the Year Competition. However, it was a part of the rule that all the students will have to study thoroughly on the topic of India and very limited copies of the book was kept in the Library. So they just need to search and start reading it!

The selected students of the Student of the Year Competition have gathered for their Buzzer round. The students are divided in various teams for the first round of the competition. The pairing is done in such a way that the students of same school were competing against each other!
The students qualified for the buzzer round have gathered in the Hall. The moderator started asking question to the teams but in the middle of the competition Jassi fainted after pressing the Buzzer. However, her marks were deducted for not answering the question after pressing the buzzer. On the other hand, Riya complained that the buzzer on her desk is not responding and hence she is unable to get a chance to answer!
Kulwinder is making extra efforts to earn money to pay his children’s hefty school fees. He is working as a clown in private parties and is running a canteen service. However, Surinder is completely unaware of the fact that Kulwinder is working as a clown to fulfill their children’s dream. And on the other hand, the question and answer session is on in the academics round of the competition!
After completing the question and answer round; the moderator of the competition has announced the twist in the second round of the SOTY competition. In this round the student’s need to pick a chit from a bowl; where the names of their partners are written on it!
Aditya is using Riya’s feeling to trap her. He has started playing with her emotions. However, the written examination round is about to begin and Ankita has completed all her preparations to trap Jassi. She has put cheating papers inside the desk of Jassi!
The results of the academic round is announced and Jassi has won in it. This has made Jogi very happy and he has invited all the fellow competitors for a Holi Party in his locality. However, the celebrations of Holi has begun and everyone has gathered to celebrate the festival of colours!
