Season 1

  • S01E01 Grand Opening

    Robbo and his kid sister Megan have moved to gorgeous Paradise Island and it looks like this is going to be the coolest summer ever. Their marine biologist dad is investigating what is going on with the black rotting coral that is ruining the island's hotel business. The kids set up a beachside smoothie bar to make some spare cash. Before the opening party, Megan, Robbo and his new mate Tai decide to go snorkelling. But swimming with beautiful sea life, they accidentally disturb an ancient-looking seal in the coral. The hole starts belching out sticky black ooze. Back at Paradise Cafe, Abi, the spoilt daughter of the hotel owner, has come to check out the competition. But while the kids get the cafe ready for the big bash, freaky things start to happen. Tables and chairs get knocked over, customers get smothered with smoothies, and then a weird new girl, Chloe, turns up asking about the coral. The gang finally work out that they have a haunting on their hands. So it is time to work together before the ghost really makes the opening party of Paradise Cafe go with a bang!

  • S01E02 Cafe Under Siege

    Robbo and Tai compete to win the attentions of a girl and fall out, while Abi tries to turn Megan into a 'mini me' in order to wind up Victoria. A gorgeous girl turns up at the cafe and Robbo and Tai make a bet to see who can catch her eye. It's only a bit of fun. Best friends like these guys could never fall out, right? Even though Tai is making a big effort to get Shona's attention, it seems like she can't take her eyes off Robbo. And it's not long before the two amigos have a massive row. Shame it's over a sea ghost! When Shona gets all scary stalker on Robbo, he begins to wish he'd never fallen out with Tai. It turns out that you really need your friends, especially when you are dealing with a Scottish sea ghost with a grudge and a whole clan of her Highland mates! Abi is horrified when Victoria invites Megan over for dinner. Megan is going to need a major makeover if she wants to hang out with Princess Abi. Chloe advises Megan to be herself. But is it time for Chloe to take her own advice?

    Abi is hanging out at the café after another one of her shop-me-happy binges, but she's not happy when she catches café customer Nancy trying on her new shoes without permission. Nancy takes her revenge on Abi. She's a sea ghost from Victorian London and she thinks it's time to have a little fun outside the coral, so she traps Abi in her shell mirror and takes over Abi's body herself. Frantic Abi can't get anyone in the cafe to hear her cries for help, and she's annoyed that nobody notices that something's wrong. Can't they see that the real Abi would never do manual labour? While Abi's day just gets worse, Megan's trying to have a relaxing day off but she finds it really hard to keep away from her precious café. What happens if Robbo and Tai start serving sloppy salad? Desperate to check up on them, Megan starts to spy on the café, and wonders why Abi seems to spend so much time talking to the mirror.

  • S01E04 Stage Fright

    When the café is overrun by a crowd of bored sea ghosts waiting to be entertained, Robbo decides there is no business like show business. Paradise Cafe's Got Talent is born. Despite Megan's disapproval, Robbo hires a sea ghost from 1930s Berlin called Doctor Herzog, a stage hypnotist and true showman, who is bound to delight the audience. But Tai doubts that the hypnotist's act is as innocent as it seems. Even after talent night is over, Abi just can't stop herself singing and dancing, and Megan is irresistibly drawn to the hypnotist's lair. Herzog has a wicked plan to discover the true identity of the Sea Born and deliver them to Ragnar. Will Tai and Robbo be able to prevent both themselves and the girls from getting hurt? And how will Chloe's loyalty to Ragnar be tested when the gang are put in harm's way?

  • S01E05 For the Love of Money

    Tai is sick of being broke. It's time to make money - without having to work too hard for it. He decides to become the apprentice of Marcus, a 1980s business guru and slimy sea ghost. Marcus reckons he knows all there is to know about making big money. With the café in trouble, Robbo and Megan decide to trust Tai and Marcus to sort things out. Tai's so busy getting flash with the cash that he starts selling smoothies to sea ghosts, and their invisible money isn't worth much. Can Tai turn things around and stop Paradise Café going bust? Meanwhile, Ragnar tells Chloe to identify the Sea Born by offering them a special fruit. Can she afford to fail her master again?

  • S01E06 Trilbies and Tribulations

    When Megan loses the cafe to a dangerous 1930s gangster ghost, she asks for help from New York private investigator Eddie Chisel to try and win it back before they all end up swimming with the fishes! Megan's determined to improve the menu at the café, but Robbo won't let her have their mum's recipe for yummy banana brownies. Which leaves Megan with only one alternative: steal it! But when a sea ghost steals it from Megan and Robbo finds out, she's in major trouble. Desperate Megan asks for help from hopeless New York private investigator Eddie Chisel, who pins the crime on his arch enemy, the gangster Joe Quartz. But it seems like bully boy Joe's not going to stop at the recipe, and he steals the café as well! What's Robbo going to say about that? Megan and Eddie cook up a plan to outwit the gangsters and with a little help from Tai's latest crazy ghost-sucking invention, they try to trap Joe and get back the café and the recipe. With all this ghost busting going on, Chloe has to do some quick thinking to avoid her ghostly identity being discovered. But is she fast enough?

    Megan reveals to Chloe that she knows that she's a sea ghost, and Chloe begs her not to tell the others. But can Megan keep a secret this big? Megan, still reeling from the discovery that Chloe is a sea ghost, is definitely not in the mood to deal with grumpy ghost Matu. An old Pacific Island priest, Matu wants to dig for buried treasure under the cafe and he won't take no for an answer. But Megan has bigger things than treasure on her mind when Chloe begs her not to tell the others about her ghostly identity. Can Chloe trust Megan to keep a secret this big from her friends? Abi, Tai and Robbo are all desperate for cash, so they agree to help Matu dig at night. But none of them realise that Matu's treasure is an ancient staff that could identify the Sea Born - or that the evil ghost Ragnar wants it more than any of them.

  • S01E08 The Rival Cafe

    When a copycat cafe takes Megan's business, she makes a dangerous deal with three sea ghost brothers to make it go away. But what do they want in return? When Victoria opens up the copycat Happiness Cafe, it's not only stolen Paradise's style but its customers too! And when Megan finds Abi serving smoothies there, she really loses it. This is war! After trying everything to win back her customers, Megan is desperate. Left with no other option, she makes a dangerous deal with 1950s Dubliner Paul O'Malley and his brothers Darren and Stevie. Sure, they will deal with the competition and bring the customers flooding back to Paradise Cafe. But what do they want in return? Peter has discovered the hole in the coral made by the gang and Robbo is dismayed to discover the part they've played in releasing the sea ghosts and disturbing Ragnar. Not their greatest move! Meanwhile Ragnar is increasingly suspicious of Chloe's loyalty to the freedom for sea ghosts cause. He decides to send a spy to check out where her allegiances really lie.

    Megan is kidnapped by an Italian sea ghost prince, who believes she's a threat to his dreams of diving glory, and Chloe thinks she has discovered who the Sea Born really is. Chloe comes up with a great way to make some money for the cash strapped cafe. If the best swimmer enters the island's dive competition, they will win big prize money and save the cafe. And Chloe will be one step closer to discovering the identity of the Sea Born, who is sure to be a whizz in the water. But Chloe is surprised to find that the best at breath holding is actually Megan. Is she really the Sea Born that Ragnar seeks? When Megan is kidnapped by Alonso, an Italian sea ghost prince determined to secure the dive champion's trophy for himself, Chloe and Abi have to track down their friend. But with Megan injured in the escape, the gang have to think quickly and find someone to enter in her place. Do they have a chance of beating the super-competitive Alonso without Megan's amazing diving skills? And will Chloe betray the kids and reveal her suspicions about the Sea Born's identity to Ragnar?

    Tai is in danger when he is tempted to the dark side by beautiful sea ghost Rose, and Abi gets herself into a seriously sticky situation. Tai is left in charge of the cafe while Megan and Robbo are helping Peter prepare a big coral presentation for Victoria, but a gorgeous bad girl called Rose arrives and tempts Tai to leave the cafe and hang out with her. Despite being grounded, Abi has shown up to serve the queue of waiting customers at the closed cafe. But it seems she has been swindled by a sea ghost - It is down to Robbo, Megan and Chloe to try and rescue Abi and clear up the mess at the cafe before Victoria arrives to hear Peter's big pitch. But will Tai choose to help out his friends or will he be tempted to stick with Rose?

    When a surfie sea ghost insists that Megan and Abi find his missing leg, the gang suddenly find themselves shark hunting. It is the Festival of the Sea on Paradise Island and Abi and Megan are both desperate to win the smoothie-making competition and the accompanying big cash prize. Marty, a surf dude sea ghost who lost a leg in a shark attack, hops up to find his missing limb. He is very competitive and manages to bring out the worst in Megan and Abi, who will stop at nothing to beat each other. Marty thinks he has a secret ingredient guaranteed to make the best smoothie ever, but he will only reveal it to the one who finds his leg. The trouble is, it is still stuck on the shark's fin. Tai revisits a place from his dreams and comes face to face with Ragnar who tells him he is the Sea Born, with some extra-special powers. Tai must make some big choices as he decides whether to use these powers for good and help the gang find Marty's leg, or be tempted to get selfish and succumb to the evil Ragnar.

  • S01E12 A Map of Stars

    Robbo and Tai help a Maori navigator find the Black Pearl she has been seeking for centuries. And thanks to the pearl, the true identity of the Sea Born is finally revealed. Maori navigator Te Ura storms into the cafe and really shakes things up. She is angry that she cannot find the legendary Black Pearl, and really angry because her mutinous sailors don't want to search for it any more. Robbo and Tai go diving for the precious pearl and are led to its hiding place by a school of sharks, but when they present it to Te Ura, Robbo takes all the credit. When Te Ura hears how the sharks helped him out, she tells them it can only mean one thing - Robbo is the Sea Born. The power and glory quickly goes to Robbo's head and he manages to fall out with just about everyone and even banishes Chloe from the cafe. With friendships ruined and Robbo not looking particularly heroic, Te Ura gets suspicious. Have they got the right man? It seems that only a return visit from the sharks can show Te Ura and the gang who the real hero is, and finally reveal the true identity of the Sea Born.

  • S01E13 The Final Showdown

    In a race against time, the gang have to rescue Robbo from Ragnar's evil clutches. But can the Sea Born trap Ragnar in the coral for good, and save Paradise Island? Still believing that Robbo is the Sea Born, Ragnar captures him and is determined to claim his body, leaving Robbo trapped in the coral forever. When Chloe discovers Robbo tied up at the whirlpool, she makes a deal with Ragnar. If she brings the real Sea Born to him, Ragnar must grant her life, just as he always promised. Convinced by Chloe that she has a plan to rescue Robbo, Abi and Megan concentrate on protecting Peter's coral sealing device from the greatest cat burglar ghost ever, Grant Carey. Ragnar has sent him to steal the device and stop the coral being sealed while he's still in there. The girls mount a daring heist to try and outwit Grant Carey and Chloe and Tai approach Ragnar's whirlpool to save Robbo. With the clock ticking, it's a nail-biting race against time as Tai has to defeat Ragnar and save his best friend and the island. It's time for Chloe to decide whose side she's really on.

  • S02E01 Being Natasha

    Welcome back to beautiful Paradise Island for more mysteries, sea ghosts and spilled smoothies! Our gang believes they've got the ghost problem well and truly busted. But just when they thought it was time to settle down and enjoy a quiet mango smoothie in the cafe, things start spiralling out of control all over again...and it's not Tai's hair. Time for more trouble in Paradise! With the coral seal in place, the kids are safe from Ragnar and party hard. Tai enjoys his Seaborn status but is rocked when his powers fail. New girl Natasha arrives to work with Peter in the lab. But driven by curiosity she accidentally breaks the seal and the pollution is released, as well as the sea ghosts...

  • S02E02 Edison Tesla

    When a strange inventor called Edison Tesla shows up, Robbo realises the ghosts are back. But as he's on cafe clean up duty, he thinks that maybe this time they could be helpful. Tesla makes Robbo's vacuum cleaner mighty powerful but when Abi borrows the machine, it causes mayhem for Victoria. Meanwhile, Tesla's made a great invention that is wrecking the cafe....and with only minutes to go before the inspector arrives!

  • S02E03 Tigerlily

    Ghost Pirate Tigerlily has been rejected as a crewmember on the Black Star for the last three hundred years. She thinks it's because she's a girl, but Megan, Robbo and Tai have another theory - her attitude. While Victoria threatens Abi with compulsory water aerobics duty, the boys try to teach Tigerlily to be more cooperative. It takes a crisis before she'll admit she has an attitude problem. In the meantime, she threatens to spend the next three years showing the boys just how feisty she really is!

    Angel the ghost glam rock pro-wrestler turns up with one thing on her mind: to prove she's the greatest wrestler of all time. While Natasha struggles with a terrible allergy, Tai confidently agrees to take Angel on. Then Abi and Megan experience Angel's training session and they fear for Tai's life. They want Angel to win quickly and get out of there. Tai rescues Robbo from near death, but when it comes to Angel, can he prevail?

    The ghost of an entertainer arrives at the cafe, determined to prove he's the funniest joker ever. However he plays cruel gags and gets mad when no one laughs. Worried that someone will get hurt if he carries on, the kids try to teach him that humiliating people isn't funny. Meanwhile, Abi and Megan compete for the attention of Max the surfer. Abi's surprised when Megan wins but not as surprised as Natasha who, after sabotaging the coral seal, sees the Entertainer vanish before her very eyes...

    The ghost of a Cat Burglar wants Natasha's locket as a love gift for his girlfriend. But he soon finds out that being a ghost and trying to steal something real has its problems. Meanwhile, Robbo tries to impress the journalist from Street magazine, mistaking the Cat Burglar for the magazine's photographer. He's got some competition from Victoria who's found a unique take on being 'cool'.

    A Paradise Island fishing contest offers a big cash prize. Robbo and Tai enter, but the only boat available is an abandoned dinghy in bad repair. Everything is fine but when Abi joins them on the water, things start to go very wrong. Meanwhile, Natasha and Megan have their own seafaring problem to sort out. Ghost sailors Joshua and Bertie can't stop arguing about who has the worst skills at sea. Can Megan end the feud without Natasha discovering the truth about the hapless sailors?

However when Tom finds his treasure and vanishes, Natasha is peeved and Megan feels lost. She's thrilled when he returns later that night and gives her the treasure, along with her first kiss...

Jodie-Anne chooses Natasha, who quickly discovers her mentor is a ghost. Natasha agrees to enter and starts gathering evidence, only to have her camera, dictaphone and locket go missing! Jodie-Anne has her own ideas about how the pageant should run, so who will be crowned queen?

    The gang is dismayed when Peter reveals that due to lack of money, they will very soon have to leave the island. Robbo and Megan decide to make enough money to cover the rent owing, but their plans are thwarted when the ghostly Prince Alonzo, the champion diver, returns to challenge Tai to another diving contest. Desperate to stop Alonzo ruining their workday, the kids find Tai and the contest is on. As Natasha tries to expose Alonzo as a ghost, Tai gets in real trouble. All hope of staying on Paradise Island seems lost until Alonzo's heroics save the day.

    Hal Redman, a 1960s Hollywood director, wants to make a movie and finally capture his 'moment of truth'. Unfortunately, ghostly Hal wants Natasha to be his leading lady. Megan stumbles on a scam run by Abi and Victoria, while the boys are shocked when Natasha is revealed on film to be the saboteur of Peter's coral seal. Tai believes her lies but is later disappointed to find he hass been deceived. Worse still, Natasha has called in the Ghost Trapper!

    Boris Jensen, Ghost Trapper, is on Paradise Island seeking ghosts. Tai worries that his Seaborn identity is registering on the ghost-detecting device and feels hunted. Peter unwittingly chats with a ghost chef, and finds an explosive solution to the pollution. Meanwhile, the gang determine to prove to Jensen that the rumours of ghosts were all a set-up. Jensen discovers Tai's supernatural status, shocking Natasha. She realises she will ruin Tai's life if she pursues her ambition - so what will she do? How will it all end?
