Shaun quits his job in Canada to start a new life in Japan. After saying goodbye to friends in Vancouver, Shaun visits the Asakusa Shrine in Tokyo.
Shaun visits Shibuya, Tokyo Tower, Yokohama, and then rents a car to visit Ikaho. After a long day of travelling, he takes some time to relax at an onsen resort.
Shaun explores rural Japan by car and tours the Nikko Toushougu Shrines. Later, he finds himself back in Tokyo and visits the Tokyo Disneyland. Then it's time to take a train to Takaoka where Shaun meets up with an old friend.
Shaun and friends relax on the beach in Kanazawa. The next day they spend some time recording a new album at a studio.
Shaun goes on a road trip across Japan, visiting Fuji TV Headquarters, Spa Resort Hawaiians, Mt. Fuji, Shonan Beach, and the largest Buddhist statue in Japan.
In this final episode, Shaun goes back to Asakusa to visit with friends. He travels to the south of Japan to visit Fukuoka, Takachiho Gorge, Dazaifu, and Kumamoto Castle.
